The Hongwei Medical 2025 Team Trip

Amidst the splendid autumn light and the budding fragrance of osmanthus, all employees of our company embarked on a unique annual team trip from September 19th to 21st, 2025. The journey spanned the cities of Suzhou and Anji, artfully weaving together classical elegance with the wild beauty of nature. Over three days, we collectively wrote a new chapter of shared memories filled with laughter and warmth.

Chapter One: Finding Serenity in Suzhou's Melodies

On the first afternoon of our journey, the team stepped into a quaint and historic Suzhou Pingtan hall. As the doors slowly closed, sealing off the outside world, time itself seemed to slow down. In our own exclusive, tranquil space, the pearlescent notes of the sanxian and pipa began to flow, accompanied by the gentle and melodious singing in the Wu dialect. The artists' every expression and gesture was a performance in itself. This was not just an elegant artistic experience but also a rare spiritual massage, allowing everyone, usually busy with work, to find a moment of peace and reflection through the immersion in traditional culture.

Chapter Two: A Perfect Balance of Stillness and Motion

The second day's itinerary embodied a perfect philosophy of "stillness" and "motion."

In the morning, guided by the wonderful explanations of a professional tour guide, we strolled through the Lingering Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage site. With every step, a new vista unfolded, presenting a universe within a small space where pavilions, waterside terraces, flowers, and rockeries complemented each other beautifully. The team was not only captivated by its exquisite layout and profound cultural heritage but also found a parallel in the ancient pursuit of perfection and craftsmanship. This dedication and ingenuity resonated with our own daily commitment to refining our products and services.

In the afternoon, the team moved to Anji, the very place where the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" originated. In the clear streams of the Longwang Mountain canyon, the long-awaited rafting adventure began. In teams of two per raft, we navigated the currents. In calmer waters, we leisurely admired the steep cliffs and lush greenery on both banks. In the rapids, our rafts bobbed and weaved through the waves, with shouts of excitement and laughter echoing through the valley. The spontaneous water fights were especially fun, and amidst the splashing water, ranks and departments were forgotten, leaving only pure joy and collaboration. This adventure dancing with the water greatly invigorated the team's spirit and synergy.

That evening, we stayed at a local specialty guesthouse, with the mountain breeze on our faces and a sky full of stars. Inside, the "karaoke kings and queens" showcased their singing talents to rounds of applause; at the card tables, strategy and luck intertwined for endless fun; and on the terrace tea tables, colleagues chatted into the night, sharing stories from the trip and insights from life. The relaxed and pleasant atmosphere brought everyone's hearts closer together.

Chapter Three: Proving Team Strength with Determined Steps

The final day of our trip presented the Zhangli Ancient Trail, a hike that combined challenge with breathtaking scenery. It was a small test of willpower and physical stamina, and more importantly, a powerful demonstration of team spirit. Along the way, we were accompanied by babbling brooks and shaded by verdant bamboo, a path full of natural charm. On rugged parts of the trail, a helping hand was always extended from ahead; when energy waned, words of encouragement were always heard. Not a single person was left behind, and the entire team completed the hike together. This was more than just a hike; it was a metaphor: just like every project at work, the path ahead may have challenges, but as long as we share the same goal, trust one another, and offer mutual support, we can surely reach the destination together and enjoy the most beautiful view.

In the afternoon, filled with rewarding experiences and beautiful memories, the team began the journey home. Inside the bus, sharing photos and reminiscing about the fun moments, every smiling face was a picture of joy and contentment.

It perfectly blended classical serenity, natural grandeur, and team vitality, allowing every member to relax while profoundly feeling the warmth and strength of the collective.
